• Weekly W2 Pay starting at $17+/hour
• Day 1 Telehealth
• Free CPR, First Aid training, and TB testing
• Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x the hourly rate

As a caregiver with Endeavor, you'll provide compassionate support and care, ensuring clients maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans.
• Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration.
• Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests.

• At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card.
