Silver Birch of Midtown is seeking Medication Technicians to join our team. You will ensure that all documentation, charting and reporting is done correctly and in a timely manner, demonstrate strong ethical and safety practices, and work closely with other care staff on resident updates and/or changes in status.

• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records
• Document medication activity
• Comply with all medication management policies and procedures
• Record resident's medical information and vital signs
• Monitor and document all aspects of self‑administration by residents
• Order/re‑order medications, supplies and equipment; partner with pharmacy and families
• Provide exceptional customer service

• High School Diploma/GED required
• One (1) or more years of verified experience as a Medication Technician in an Assisted Living community
• Arizona State Caregiver Certification through Direct Care
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Current and valid fingerprint clearance card
• Current food handler's card
• Strong customer service orientation
