Our client seeks a Certified Surgical Technician to provide intra-operative support in a direct, full-time role.

What You'll Do

• You will assist the surgical team as the primary scrub and handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures.
• You will prepare operating rooms for surgery using appropriate techniques. You will also provide technical services and assist in other areas as assigned and directed.
• Participate in department performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
• Availability for OnCall is required for this position.
• Youmust reside within 30 minutes of the facility.

What You Need

• High school graduate or equivalent GED for all current employees.
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • CPR Certification required
• 2+ years of hospital surgical experience is required
• Thorough knowledge and experience in operative procedures, equipment, and instrumentation.
