Overview
National Traveling Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist based out of Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time travel position across Cranial Technologies locations in the United States.
Cranial Technologies is dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and related conditions. The company also provides Ear Well® treatment to correct infant ear shapes without surgery. CT has a long history of pediatric cranial shaping therapies and Head Band Therapy for infants with cranial asymmetry.
This role offers an opportunity to practice in a niche pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, outside of traditional prosthetics and orthotics.
Responsibilities- Travel to Cranial Technologies clinics across the United States (currently in 32 states and growing).
- Work a travel-friendly schedule: travel Monday afternoon/evening; work in the clinic Tuesday–Friday; return home Friday afternoon/evening; home on weekends.
- Travel weekly to a local clinic or another state; candidates should be near a major airport to facilitate travel booking.
- CT pays travel expenses and provides per diem; primary focus is treating our Babies.
- Possibly work in a different clinic each week, building relationships across the company.
- Take over a caseload from another clinician while meeting new families.
As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with Ear Well. Clinicians serve as the experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions, developing strong relationships with families throughout treatment.
We hire from various backgrounds; a background in pediatrics is preferred but not required, as we offer a formal training program with mentoring.
Qualifications- Backgrounds in PTs, OTs, Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists, or Certified Orthotists are a strong fit due to hands-on orthotics experience and direct patient care.
- Pediatrics experience is preferred; formal training/mentoring program available.

- Salary range: $85,000–$95,000 plus travel bonus; pay depends on tenure and relevant experience
