Resolve Harmony is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities- Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled speech therapy services based on resident needs
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment strategies and recommendations
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
- Part-Time
