Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor who is actively in ABA graduate studies or has recently completed a Master’s in ABA. This full-time, hourly position is designed to prepare you to become a BCBA as you accrue practicum hours and support 3-5 client cases weekly.
You will supervise RBTs, work with the ESDM program, develop and update treatment goals, and contribute to family guidance meetings while receiving ongoing supervision from a BCBA.
