Paycom - ATS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and document clinical services to support client progress.
Ideal candidates hold a current RBT certification, a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid. The position is on-site in Phoenix with a typical Monday–Friday schedule.
