Medical Affairs & HEOR, National Account Director

Lead Medical Affairs and HEOR strategic activities at a national level within ophthalmology, focusing on building relationships with payers, health systems, academic institutions, and healthcare organizations.

• develop and execute integrated account strategies, engage senior stakeholders, identify evidence gaps, and foster scientific collaborations;
• build and develop a team of National Account Directors;
• coordinate cross-functional efforts with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams;
• ensure compliance and represent the company at industry meetings.

• advanced degree in scientific, clinical, or health economics field (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, MPH);
• significant experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, real-world evidence, or market access, with proven stakeholder engagement skills in complex healthcare environments;
• demonstrated ability to translate clinical and economic data into value propositions;
• leadership experience in team building and strategy development;
• excellent communication and strategic judgment.
