Field Reimbursement Manager Market Access - Central Region

Role:
Field Reimbursement Manager Market Access (Central Region) responsible for supporting provider and healthcare site reimbursement processes for ADMA Biologics' plasma-derived therapies.

• deliver payer policy and coverage education to infusion centers, physicians, specialty pharmacies, and hospital outpatient centers
• coordinate with the ADMA HUB Patient Support Program
• serve as the local market access expert, conducting provider training and cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, and market access teams
• ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI
• manage regional travel (65-75%)

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical field reimbursement experience, with deep knowledge of payor policies, billing, coding, and site of care segments (e.g., infusion services, specialty pharmacies)
• extensive buy-and-bill experience in rare disease, plasma/IVIG, oncology, or orphan diseases
• BA/BS or RN degree (RN preferred)

• extensive frontline infusion service experience
• knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/VA/DOD/Tricare
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• strong communication skills

remote with regional and national travel.
