This position offers:

1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).

The Associate Director of Clinical Services will also assist in maintaining an efficient supervision structure, monitoring compliance, and ensuring high standards of care across their assigned cases as a Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician.

• Clinical Quality & Supervision Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, guaranteeing exceptional client outcomes and supervision compliance. Responsibilities include mandatory monthly client and family sessions, data-driven treatment oversight, and providing coaching and direction to BATs, while maintaining a small independent caseload..
• Training and Mentorship Drive the comprehensive development of Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs) by providing licensure-focused coaching, delivering initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of…
