What You'll DoAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a vital leadership role in guiding treatment, empowering caregivers, mentoring clinicians, and creating meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities- Maintain 25 billable hours per week
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide ongoing caregiver training and support
- Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and clinical excellence

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional growth
- Successful completion of required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings
