Role:
Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Regeneron's ophthalmology products, ensuring physician offices maintain patient access through reimbursement support.
- develop account plans
- educate providers on coverage and coding
- resolve reimbursement barriers
- monitor payer trends
- build collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years in pharma/biotech/device, with 3-5 years in healthcare coverage, coding, or reimbursement
- experience working with billing and claims in various healthcare settings
- proficiency with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, and payer forms
- ability to interpret regulatory and payer policies
- reside within the territory and willing to travel 50-70%
