As a Caregiver, you will:

• Take pride in meaningful work that helps individuals grow, learn, and live well
• Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with the individuals you support
• Work with trust and independence while doing what’s right for participants
• Encourage community involvement and participation in preferred activities
• Support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management
• Personal Qualities: Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
