Behavior Care Therapy is seeking paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time role offers afternoon/evening hours with flexible scheduling to supplement other work or school commitments.
You will support children on the autism spectrum, implement play-based ABA under a BCBA's guidance, and help with daily living skills, communication, and independence in a supportive, family-centered environment.
