About Tribal Health

The leader in rural and Indigenous healthcare solutions, Tribal Health connects underserved communities with high-quality, culturally integrated medical expertise. We partner with rural hospitals, 638 facilities, and Indian Health Service (IHS) sites to deliver staffing, consulting, training, and clinical services that address real gaps in care.

Our work is grounded in improving access, strengthening clinical operations, and supporting long-term, sustainable healthcare delivery in communities that are often overlooked. We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Each engagement is tailored to the needs of the facility, the community, and the patients being served.

For clinicians, this is more than an assignment. It is an opportunity to step into a setting where your work has immediate impact. You are not just filling a role. You are helping stabilize teams, expand access to care, and contribute to better patient outcomes.

We are equally focused on the clinician experience. From onboarding through assignment completion, we provide clear communication, operational support, and an environment where providers can focus on delivering care without unnecessary friction.

Many of our providers describe their time working on Indigenous lands as one of the most meaningful and professionally rewarding experiences of their careers. It is a chance to practice with purpose, build lasting relationships, and be part of something that extends beyond a single assignment.
