As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, developmentally appropriate care to pediatric patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help children develop functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and contribute to ongoing treatment goals.
- Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, families, and other clinical professionals.
- Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Support meaningful developmental outcomes for children through individualized, patient-centered care.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Active Arizona license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure
- Previous clinic-based experience required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve greater independence and developmental success
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
