Seeking a compassionate, reliable Care Companion for an elderly couple in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is focused on companionship, safety, and light household support to help Mom and Dad maintain their independence and well-being. Pay range: $25-$30.
Responsibilities- Providing friendly companionship and engaging conversation.
- Assisting with light meal preparation
- Encouraging safe mobility and helping reduce fall risks around the home.
- Coordinating and tracking medical appointments
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Performing light housekeeping and household tasks.
- Offering general support and wellness check-ins.
- Patient, caring, and dependable
- Experienced working with older adults preferred
- Organized and comfortable managing schedules and appointments
- Safety-conscious with an understanding of fall prevention
- Comfortable in a home with a small, hypoallergenic pet
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
