Behavior Care Therapy is hiring paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours in Phoenix. As an RBT/BT, youll provide 1:1 support to children, helping them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA designed by a licensed BCBA.
You will work with the same children consistently, making real progress in their everyday environments and receive training and supervision to meet them
