- ** Seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Oak Recovery Health Center.
** Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week Monday
- Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

* Duties Include:

*** Assist clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals, and provide supportive services to help clients reach their employment, education, and community involvement goals.
* Implement services identified in Individual Service Plans, and coordinate rehabilitation-related services for clients served on the clinical team.
* Communicate and document client progress toward their recovery.
* Embrace the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for clients.
* Use brief clinical interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and supportive listening skills to engage and support clients receiving services.
* Engage and provide direct support to clients’ natural support systems.
* Work in partnership with co-located Employment Specialists and RSA Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, community program providers, and other parties involved to assist clients in maintaining employment, education, and other meaningful daily activities.
