Resolve Diamondback is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Phoenix, Arizona.

We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping residents regain mobility, improve independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a recent graduate, we encourage you to apply!

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Assist residents in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.

Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the therapy team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive resident outcomes.

Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety.

Active Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

New graduates are welcome to apply.
