Revenue Cycle Medical Coder - Masis Staffing

Support the Revenue Cycle Management team with accurate medical coding, claim review, compliance, and coaching/training for internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and sequence ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS codes accurately per payer and government guidelines
• Review claims, documentation, and billing configuration for accuracy/compliance
• Identify coding/billing issues and recommend corrections and best practices
• Provide coding guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members/providers
• Partner with Compliance/Contracting and stay current on coding updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's preferred)
• CPC, CPC-A, RHIT, or CCS preferred
• 5+ years in coding/billing
• Next Gen or similar EHR experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel)
• Strong communication/collaboration skills

Screening/Compliance:

• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or apply within 7 working days of start)
• TB test required
• Background check + drug screen required
• E-Verify required
