• Assist with daily activities such as dressing, toileting, medication reminders, and mobility support
• Provide care to clients with Dementia and other cognitive impairments
• Ensure safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance
• Transport seniors to appointments and social activities
• Observe health conditions and report changes
• Maintain client safety and dignity at all times

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience in a home or senior community setting
• Comfortable with physical care duties and fast-paced care environments
• Dependable, honest, patient, and compassionate with excellent communication skills
• Valid AZ Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Successful background and drug screening clearance
• Experience with Dementia care preferred
• Smartphone required
