We have immediate opportunities available in Anthem and North Phoenix, with flexible scheduling options for qualified candidates.

• Morning shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
• 4 hours per shift

• Part-time evening shifts
• Part-time day shifts
• Must be available to work weekends and potentially provide on-call coverage

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living, including dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Support clients living with dementia and other cognitive impairments
• Transport seniors to appointments and social activities as needed
• Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
• Protect each client's dignity, independence, and well-being

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a home care or senior living community setting
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and assisting with transfers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with other caregivers and staff
• Dependable, honest, patient, compassionate, and professional
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Ability to successfully pass background and drug screenings
• Dementia care experience preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and provide on-call coverage when needed for applicable positions
