Accel is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans that support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will apply ABA principles and collaborate with families, educators, and care teams to foster meaningful progress in a supportive environment.
You will conduct FBA/FA assessments, collect data, and develop IBIPs with teaching staff, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation and timely reporting to supervisors
