Patient Services Supervisor – Healthcare

Sonora Quest Laboratories seeks a Supervisor, Patient Services to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional patient support in a technology-driven lab environment. • Supervise daily patient services operations to ensure high-quality service and efficiency
• Lead, coach, and schedule patient services staff, providing ongoing performance feedback
• Monitor service metrics, resolve escalated patient issues, and improve satisfaction
• Collaborate with IT and lab teams to integrate and optimize technology-driven workflows
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and organizational policies
• Use data and reporting tools to track performance and recommend process improvements
• Support onboarding and training of new team members on systems and procedures
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance patient service delivery
