What will I be doing?

As a sales coordinator, you will support our sales catering & event managers by assisting with processing contracts, banquet event orders, rooming lists, and other daily operations of the sales catering & event office.

You will also:

• Create and communicate inter-departmental updates regarding upcoming groups & events.
• Maintain data integrity in hotel systems through regular tasks.
• Provide administrative support to sales and marketing managers, including word processing, emailing, filing, data entry, and phone handling.
• Arrange travel and perform general office duties.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
