Front Desk Agent (Part-Time)

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of reference for guests and vendors. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

• Check in and check out hotel guests.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
• Prepare necessary shift reports for the management team.

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Effective in handling workplace problems and able to anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve issues.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent service.
