POWR is a full-body high-energy workout that blends strength training, cardio bursts, and functional training. This format targets every major muscle group while elevating heart rate for a balanced, efficient workout. Build muscle, burn energy and push your limits.

• Certified, experienced fitness instructor
• Current CPR/AED certification
• National certification: NASM, ACE, AFAA or equivalent
• High-energy, inspiring presence with a positive, optimistic attitude that motivates every guest
• Reliable, professional and consistent
• Ability to lead dynamic, well-structured POWR classes that blend strength, cardio and powerful movement
• Demonstrate excellent form and coach safe, effective movement patterns for all levels
• Create a welcoming, uplifting, and motivating environment that empowers guests to push past limits
• Build genuine connections with members and guests to strengthen community and drive engagement and retention
