• Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling registration and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• Process payment forms and respond to guest inquiries to create a welcoming experience.

• Possibly use Virtual Reality Experience for immersive training.

• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
