Job Overview
We are seeking a Part‑Time Night Auditor & Evening Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Greet and check‑in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and check‑outs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Rolling of day in our property management system PEP
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong guest service and guest relations skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management or hospitality management is advantageous

Job Type: Part‑time
Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
