Spa Locker Room Attendant; Part-Time - Arizona Biltmore

Join us as a Spa Locker Room Attendant (Part-Time) at the iconic Arizona Biltmore, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality family.

We are looking for a courteous and efficient attendant to manage our spa locker rooms, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for guests.

• Provide courteous and efficient guest service from arrival through checkout.
• Greet guests, orient them through the spa facility, and provide personalized service.
• Maintain the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge area, and restrooms.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of locker room, lounge, steam room, prep room, and restrooms.
• Stock lockers with robes, slippers, and floor stock.
• Ensure stocking of water and other beverages and set up and break down of beverage and fruit station.
• Responsible for laundry such as towels, linens, robes, and distribution of locker keys, sandals, and robes in accordance with Spa Policies.
• Work shifts of 8 hours between 8 am and 7 pm, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior spa or hospitality experience in an upscale environment.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a spa or guest-facing role.
• Luxury hotel / resort experience.
• CPR certified (preferred).
• Food Handler Card (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Highly motivated and detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and professional skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Hourly wage plus a percentage of service charges paid out for services.
