One Source is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at a 7
00-room resort in South Phoenix, AZ
. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel housekeeping operations and is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, including room inspections, scheduling, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and budgets
• Address guest concerns and implement service recovery solutions when needed

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel housekeeping environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and supplies effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and guest service
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Competitive salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually
