Food and Beverage Supervisor, Camelback Ranch

The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Arizona. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

This leadership position is integral to the successful operation of our Concessions program during the Spring Training season!

This position is a seasonal position that begins in February. Spring Training games at Camelback Ranch will be held from February through March, with typical shift availability needed from 9 am 4 pm.

What will you do?

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about you

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in va riable temperatures, de pending on the season
