We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can warmly greet guests, assist them with inquiries, and efficiently handle cashiering duties. As a Greeter, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns
• Uphold the hotel/resort's brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
