Job Summary

The Room Attendant position carries significant importance in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests at our hotel. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that guest rooms are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Execute thorough cleaning and organization of guest rooms to uphold the hotel's stringent cleanliness standards.

Handle the replacement of bed linens, towels, and replenishment of guest amenities promptly and accurately.

Perform meticulous vacuuming of carpets, dusting of furniture, and sanitization of all surfaces.

Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for necessary action.

Demonstrate a warm and professional demeanor when engaging with guests, creating a positive impression.

Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Assist in laundry duties as required, maintaining a seamless flow of clean linens for guests.

Safeguard guest privacy and security with strict adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for following instructions accurately.

Proficient time management skills, enabling efficient completion of tasks.

Good physical health and stamina to manage the physical demands of the position.

Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a team environment.

Strong customer service abilities and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
