• Design and lead the daily rhythm of banquet functions from first glance to final farewell
• Command a team through flawless set-up, seamless service, and swift breakdown

• A high school diploma or equivalent — the foundation for your next chapter
• Two-plus years leading banquet teams, with the instincts to match
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker card and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification
