Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

• 70% Business Development: You'll focus on identifying new clients and opportunities, working to expand your network and client base in the AI and Data Analytics sectors. This is your chance to play a key role in a rapidly growing industry.
• 30% Candidate Sourcing & Management: You'll use your expertise to find the right candidates for these innovative companies, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring your placements support their growth and success.
• Identify new business opportunities and help clients solve their talent challenges, all while staying ahead of industry trends.
• Negotiate deals and work to achieve both personal and team targets.
• Provide market insights and tailored recruitment strategies to clients and candidates, ensuring the best fit for their needs.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights.
