Method Recruiting is a 100% remote boutique digital marketing search firm founded in San Francisco in 2015. We specialize in placing full‑time candidates with leading digital agencies, ad technology firms, and brands across major markets such as the Bay Area, Denver, Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles and NYC. Our focus is on Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEM, Paid Social, SEO, Online Media, Display Advertising, Programmatic, Client Services, Product Management, and Analytics.
CompensationBase pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Commission
As a Senior Digital Marketing Recruiter you play a two‑part role:
1) Engage in new client development, identifying and signing net new businesses to grow Method Recruiting’s client roster.
2) Recruit a strong network of active and passive digital marketing candidates via Linked In, our proprietary database, and referrals.
- Identify and set meetings with hiring managers and TA professionals at target agencies and brands hiring digital marketers.
- Introduce Method Recruiting’s services via video and phone with new and existing clients to expand service utilization.
- Negotiate contingency and retained fee agreements with new clients.
- Continuously develop and grow a new client base and generate new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Act as primary point of contact for client accounts, guiding candidates through the interview process from introduction to accepted offer.
- Conduct phone screens with candidates to build relationships for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with team members to understand clients and market positioning.
- Act as an ambassador for candidates throughout the interview process, including preparation and feedback.
- Lead offer negotiation and closing.
- 3-8 years experience at a recruiting agency.
- 2+ years engaged in new client development.
- 2+ years as a full‑desk recruiter managing clients and candidates.
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus; industry expertise can be developed on the job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a lot of writing is required.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
