Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $52,000 – $70,000 base plus uncapped commission (up to 30%). (Salary is dependent on experience; we’re open to candidates at various levels.)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on permanent and contract roles across the data, analytics, AI, and machine learning markets. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Business Development: Building a portfolio of clients and uncovering new opportunities.
• Candidate Sourcing: Using your recruitment expertise to find top-tier candidates for both permanent and contract roles within data.
• Account Management: Managing client relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Market Expertise: Staying on top of trends and providing valuable insights to clients and candidates alike.
