We’re seeking ambitious college graduates or career changers to join our Phoenix team as Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants. As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on sourcing and placing top Data & AI talent, building your expertise with guidance and support. Your enthusiasm and work ethic will shine as you learn the ropes, with opportunities to make an impact early during training in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

• Source and screen high-quality Data & AI talent to match client role requirements.
• Manage the candidate side of the recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to grow your network and reputation.
• Stay informed on Data & AI trends to better understand candidate skills and market needs.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with team members and learn from experienced mentors to develop your recruitment skills.
