Overview

Acara Solutions is looking for an HRIS Oracle Fusion Consultant in Phoenix, AZ for one of our clients with hands‑on keyboard analyst who can perform the HRIS role effectively or candidates with HCM analyst experience.

Pay rate: $85.00 per hour
Role will be hybrid – Onsite every other week
Contractor will be working Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
Must have extensive Oracle HCM and/or HRIS experience

Major Accountabilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, encompassing requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.

Partner with HR leaders and functional teams to define and document business requirements and translate them into actionable system capabilities.

Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules to support evolving business needs.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test scripts, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Manage data conversion, validation, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and third‑party systems.

Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and functional analysis post‑implementation.

Collaborate with third‑party vendors on data validation, integration, and testing activities.

Monitor Oracle system updates and releases to identify impacts and opportunities for improvement.

Generate and analyze HR data reports, dashboards, and metrics to support strategic decision‑making.

Required Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant business, information technology, or HR‑related field and 3‑6 years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems, with at least 1‑2 years of direct Oracle Fusion HCM experience preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes, data management, benefits administration, and reporting. Hands‑on experience in system configuration, testing, and data validation. Proficiency with Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher is a plus. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience participating in system implementation or HR technology projects.
