We’re looking for a driven, competitive Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to self-source and deliver results in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys hitting goals, and brings strong experience recruiting in operations, manufacturing, or warehouse settings .

You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and interviewing top field and operations talent across multiple regions. This position requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning the recruiting process from start to finish.

• Fully own the top of the funnel: self-source candidates, build pipelines, and proactively reach out across job boards
• Conduct efficient, engaging phone screens
• Coordinate interviews with hiring leaders
• Maintain organized, accurate candidate records in Breezy and other ATS tools
• Work quickly and communicate clearly in a high-volume environment
• Hit weekly sourcing, screening, and hiring metrics
• Thrive in a competitive, goal-driven atmosphere

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (operations, manufacturing, or warehouse recruiting strongly preferred)
• Strong self‑sourcing skills (Linked In, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, referrals, outbound outreach)
• Experience in high-volume recruiting with a metrics-driven mindset
• Competitive and goal-oriented — you perform best in environments where results matter
• High personal accountability and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone

• Experience recruiting for field, operations, or labor-intensive roles
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Energetic, coachable, and eager to grow
