The Arizona Biltmore is a 39‑acre luxury resort located in Phoenix’s prestigious Biltmore neighborhood. The property reopened in May 2021 after a $150 million restoration and offers over 700 rooms, banquet space, multiple F&B outlets, a luxury spa, and seven pools.

• Provide general HR support, addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain HR systems, processes, and ensure data integrity.
• Support employees with leave of absence requests, documentation, and tracking.
• Assist with ADA accommodation requests, facilitate interactive conversations, track progress, and support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations.
• Apply company HR policies consistently across the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support and mentor the HR Coordinator.
• Assist in property recognition, employee celebrations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Stay up to date on current employment laws.
• Assist with payroll issues to ensure property payroll for all employees.
• Work with department managers on wage staffing questions.
• Conduct market surveys.
• Assist with translation (Spanish/English).

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.
• Preference for previous hospitality experience.

• SHRM‑CP or PHR certification preferred.

Starting Salary:
Up to $70,000. Base compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
