About the PropertyThe Arizona Biltmore is a 39‑acre luxury resort located in Phoenix’s prestigious Biltmore neighborhood. The property reopened in May 2021 after a $150 million restoration and offers over 700 rooms, banquet space, multiple F&B outlets, a luxury spa, and seven pools.
Responsibilities- Provide general HR support, addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Maintain HR systems, processes, and ensure data integrity.
- Support employees with leave of absence requests, documentation, and tracking.
- Assist with ADA accommodation requests, facilitate interactive conversations, track progress, and support decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations.
- Apply company HR policies consistently across the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support and mentor the HR Coordinator.
- Assist in property recognition, employee celebrations, and community engagement initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Stay up to date on current employment laws.
- Assist with payroll issues to ensure property payroll for all employees.
- Work with department managers on wage staffing questions.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Assist with translation (Spanish/English).
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.
- Preference for previous hospitality experience.
- SHRM‑CP or PHR certification preferred.
Starting Salary:
Up to $70,000. Base compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
