Job Summary

The Human Resource Generalist (HRG) fosters a positive work environment by managing employee relations programs and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HRG serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting policies and practices that support engagement and retention. The role also performs administrative tasks and services supporting the HR department’s operations.

Skills & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate’s degree or higher preferred in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in an office or customer service role.
  • General knowledge of employment laws.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to quickly learn an HRIS and related applications.
  • Valid identification required.
  • Notary Public or ability to obtain one preferred.
