Field Development Coordinator

This role is heavily responsible for enhancing the field experience by serving as the HR Liaison/Mentor to our field crews, building relationships, and tracking retention.

• Serving as an HR representative/liaison with the field workers.
• Working closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to understand business, project, and staffing needs.
• Conducting field/job site visits to improve the field experience.
• Helping with employee engagement and retention.
• Creating and monitoring recruitment and help wanted ads and acting as the main point of contact.
• Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
• Establishing and maintaining industry relationships with trade associations, educational institutions, career services, and resources.
• Maintaining a pipeline of candidates through referrals.
• Scheduling and conducting new hire orientation and ensuring completion of new hire paperwork including I‑9, direct deposit, background and MVR.
• Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Customer‑driven and results oriented.

• Previous sales or field recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced settings and handle multiple projects and tasks.

• Must be able and willing to start as early as 5 am.
• Must be available for weekends as needed (not full shift).
• Hours may change due to ongoing project/company needs.
