Salary: $45,000 + Performance-Based Commission (up to 30% of your deals)

As a Recruiter
, you’ll be at the heart of the action! You’ll connect with top talent in the data analytics sector, guiding them through the recruitment journey. With uncapped earning potential
, you can directly influence your income by delivering results and closing deals, while enjoying the team support that comes with working in a collaborative and fun environment. This role will be working within the Key Accounts team, supporting with candidate delivery, no business development or client work.

• Build Real Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Take Control of the Recruitment Process: Manage everything from start to finish, making key placements that change careers and businesses.
• Drive Business Growth: Use your sales skills to spot new opportunities and grow your client base through outbound calling and pitching Harnham's talent solutions.
• Close Deals & Earn Big: Master the art of negotiation and close those deals to rack up commissions!
• Learn and Grow: With a high-energy team behind you and plenty of training opportunities, you'll constantly be sharpening your recruitment and sales skills.
