As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for calling, qualifying, and selecting the next group of BDN All-Stars.
This role requires a high level of comfort with outbound communication and the ability to effectively engage with candidates. Please note this position is based on-site at our Andover, MA office.
- Partner with internal hiring manager(s) to help recruit both new and experienced sales candidates to join the BDN team.
- Proactively generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality potential new hires using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Professionally guide candidates through the entire candidate process, including prescreening, interviews, onboarding, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills and qualities needed for each sales position and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience over the phone and in-person.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Creatively source passive job seekers through phone prospecting, email, social media (Linked In, etc.) and other innovative sourcing tactics.
- Attend local university networking and industry events to build strong relationships with potential candidates while promoting the BDN brand.
- Accountable for weekly metrics such as phone dials, interviews, offers and acceptances.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience required (history of successful placement for sales positions a plus).
- 1+ years of university recruitment experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Linked In Recruiter boolean search experience.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships with potential candidates.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office, Monster, Indeed, social media (Linked In, etc.).
