Recruitment & Training Program Manager - VMU

This position is ONLY for someone who has lived and breathed the Staffing & Recruitment agency world. We need a pure hunter—someone who has spent their entire career chasing business, creating opportunity, and delivering results. You’ll be expected to aggressively hunt (recruit) new prospects, instinctively understand what separates a top‑tier hunter from a farmer, and then take full ownership from first outreach through training and developmental coaching—transforming new associates into top‑producing hunters who will ultimately grow into the leaders that continue to scale our company.

If you haven’t been a top‑producing, high‑performing hunter—someone who has consistently earned President’s Club recognition in your prior sales and/or recruiting career—this position is NOT for you.

This is not a corporate training program. This role is for a top producer—someone who comes from the Staffing & Recruitment world and is now at a point in their career where they want to help others succeed by duplicating themselves, developing and coaching individuals who are brand new to our industry.

As Program Manager for Verticalmove University (VMU), you will run the 3-month training program that transforms viable candidates into fully indoctrinated Verticalmove Associates
. This is a leadership role that places you at the center of how Verticalmove grows, develops, and scales its next generation of high‑performing professionals.

What You’ll Do Talent Soucing & Selection
  • Continuously source, assess, and select high‑potential individuals who demonstrate the aptitude, grit, and cultural alignment required to thrive in an autonomous, outcome‑driven environment.
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline of viable candidates entering VMU each quarter.
Program Ownership (End‑to‑End)
  • Run a structured 3-month training program designed to transform new hires into production‑ready Verticalmove Associates.
  • Own every stage of the process: sourcing, evaluation, selection, indoctrination, training, performance development, and graduation into their seat.
Training, Coaching & Cultural Indoctrination
  • Design and deliver modules that build mastery in sourcing, outreach, tool utilization, goal‑driven workflows, accountability, and performance metrics.
  • Coach new Associates through challenges, skill gaps, mindset development, and the behavioral standards expected inside a leader‑driven (not manager‑driven) culture.
  • Instill Verticalmove’s principles of autonomy, ownership, discipline and evidence‑driven action
