Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HRIS Professional
Adecco is hiring a Benefits Analyst for a local client .The Benefits Analyst supports daily compensation, benefits, and HRIS operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is responsible for processing HR and payroll transactions in ADP Workforce Now and serves as backup support for payroll activities.
Pay- $32/hour
Location:
Phoenix, AZ
Process HRIS and compensation transactions in ADP Workforce Now (job changes, pay updates, bonuses, deductions)
Ensure accurate coding, effective dates, and audit documentation
Maintain employee records throughout the employment lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination)
Process benefit and deduction changes including 401(k), HSA, loans, reimbursements, and endowment deductions
Provide backup support for payroll processing, audits, file uploads, and reporting
Respond to payroll and HR transactional inquiries
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or 4 years of relevant experience
1+ year of payroll processing experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll system
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
Knowledge of payroll deductions and benefit plans (401(k), HSA)
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
