Who We’re Looking ForA focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.
What You’ll Do- Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
- Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize CRM tools, Linked In, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
- Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
- Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Job Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience required.
- Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with constant shifting demands.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher‑ups.
